On the Residential front, Metro Fund offers traditional Conventional/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA and VA loans plus non-prime, non-QM loans along with all the lending programs and private loans available for real estate investors. We also specialize in Foreign National loans via our bank network and/or our limited documentation lenders.
On the Commercial front, Metro Fund offers multifamily loans via Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD as well as bank and non-bank commercial loans for office buildings, strip malls, office condos and warehouses with different options depending on documentation type and usage. We have construction loans, bridge and private loans as well. Our experience working with investors, developers and builders allows us to offer choices to best suit their investment plans.
